• Betting via bots or automated software
• Attempting to access another member's account

When Benbet May Close an Account

• Failure to verify age
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Balance After Account Closure

If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC has been completed. If the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Complaint Submission Process
